HANHAM & PHILP OFFICE and WAREHOUSE

Hanham & Philp Contractors Ltd required this purpose-built office and fully racked warehouse building with ample surrounding yard areas to enable good flow of materials and precast production as required.

The request was for a design that showcased many of the modern building elements used in todays construction industry around the raw elements of good concrete design and glass. Included was a fitout that overlapped the base build construction and was tailored to the business’s growing requirements.

This included individual office spaces but with good open communal areas as well to encourage team work on projects as required and to allow in-house training and meetings with the wider staff group. Fully landscaped this building sits well within the very dynamic Waterloo Business Park location to the West of the city.
