87 RICCARTON ROAD

Hanham & Philp was selected early by the Client and a building contract based on an open-book negotiated basis concluded.

The first phase of our engagement was to undertake the demolition of the old NZ Blood Service building that occupied the site. We then assisted in the appointment of a suitable Project Manager to lead the project.

A design team was put together following this appointment and Hanham & Philp assisted in an advisory role and providing a budget estimation service for the earlier single building design and the subsequent two separate buildings design. The buildings will contain a mix of food tenants being the primary focus and office spaces also available on the first floor.

Hanham & Philp were also engaged to assist with the initial two fitouts for the Riccarton Sports Bar and Mexicali Fresh, to allow an earlier opening date to be achieved.
