ROSEMERRYN RETAIL CENTRE

Hanham & Philp were directly approached to undertake this mixed-use retail development to add much needed additional retail space to the burgeoning Lincoln township.

As a longstanding client of Hanham & Philp, the developer was aware of our ability to deliver this low rise, architectural retail park and we were appointed on a negotiated contract basis.

The development was bordered on two sides by existing residential homes, so a challenge was to be respectful of the requirements of the local community while undertaking the works and ensure effective communication with persons affected by the works.

The development included a varied mix of cladding materials, including coloured textured concrete, Aluminium Composite Panels, glass frontages and a steel look paint system. An adjoining culvert was maintained throughout the development with a crossing over it to the main footpath.

Fitout works to two units were incorporated into our base build works during the ongoing construction.
