COUNTDOWN TIMARU

Hanham & Philp were approached by the Redwood Group on the recommendation of Woolworths NZ to enter into an ECI contract for this new supermarket build.

Hanham & Philp assisted the design team with numerous recommendations based on our previous experience of multiple Countdown builds. There were challenges around the very large civil works package for the greater site being the old A&P showgrounds, which were under the control of another party and as such called upon the full coordination skillset of our onsite management team. Hanham & Philp relocated their own staff to this out-of-town site and with the strength of our own onsite management and carpentry personnel, were able to deliver a high-quality product to do the Countdown brand justice.
