ST BARNABAS PARISH OF FENDALTON CHURCH HALL

Hanham & Philp were selected under a negotiated ECI process to work along with the consultant team in developing a methodology and final budget for this bespoke renovation and strengthening of the historic Church hall.

This required a good deal of liaison between the appointed architects and the client due to the heritage nature of the work. This encompassed careful removal of parts of the building to allow new foundations to be installed within the building envelope and concealed steel work and the full replacement of the tiled slate roof using a specialist subcontractor.
